SHAMPOO
1. Wet hair thoroughly.
2. Apply a generous amount of shampoo to your
scalp and roots.
3. Massage gently for 1-3 minutes to stimulate
circulation and break down buildup.
4. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed.
5. For best results, follow with Parakh Herbal
Infused Conditioner and Parakh Growth Oil.

CONDITONER
1. After shampooing, apply conditioner generously
to damp hair--focusing on mid-lengths and ends.
2. Detangle gently with fingers or a wide-tooth
comb.
3. Leave in for 3-10 minutes for maximum hydration
and penetration.
4. Rinse thoroughly with cool water to seal in
moisture and shine.

Pro Tip: For deeper treatment, apply a plastic cap
and sit under heat or a steamer for 15-20 minutes
once a week.

GROWTH OIL
Apply a few drops to scalp 3x per a week or as needed. massage for 3-5 minutes. Can be used to seal in moisture or as a hot oil treatment.
