Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Since we process & ship within 2-4 days, we are unable to facilitate refunds or cancellation requests. Due to the hygienic aspect of our products, we do not accept returns. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product. If your item never arrived, please contact carrier's customer service to help locate your product.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Products
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us at customercare@parakhbeauty.com. Please submit a photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received
