Shipping policy

Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days from the date you placed the order before 2:00pm CST. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST will be processed the following business day.  Shipping times vary. Please refer to your tracking number to see the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, nor do we guarantee any specific delivery date.

 

Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Regardless of the estimated transit time listed at checkout, we do not offer expedited shipping. At checkout, the pricing options may vary between carriers for standard delivery only. Any price differences are solely based on carrier preference, whereas not to imply one will arrive faster than the other.

 

Address Change 
We are unable to change or modify your shipping address once an order has been placed. Please contact the shipping carrier’s customer service team to modify your shipping address. If a package is returned to Parakh Beauty LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Parakh Beauty LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. 

International Shipping, Taxes, & Duties 
Unfortunately We do NOT ship internationally at this time.

*ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE. 

*WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY
